I have questions?
Eclectic meanderings of nonsense, spiritual musings and the road less traveled
Old or new?

It is very scary to know that anyone can even say such things?

[sic] lmao If I’m wrong? About the one religion you chose out of literally millions…All religions can’t be right but they can all be wrong… Haha … That is why God is an a…… And if he does exist which I’m sure he doesn’t He can kiss my a… I wouldn’t want to worship a bigot like him for eternity…[sic]

God’s Law is still the Law… the Old Testament Law is just as valid today as it was in Jesus’ time. Something has to show us as humans what SIN is. That way we can’t argue that we don’t know what sin is because it is spelled out in God’s Word.

The difference is that as disciples of Christ we are set apart from the Law and cleansed from our wicked sin by Jesus’ Blood. We are still held to the Old Testament Law (NOT the Old Testament Covenant) and have Jesus as our mediator (lawyer). He takes our place, our condemnation, by His death on the Cross and our faith and obedience to Him imparts to us (lays on us like a second skin) forgiveness, an approach to our Creator and eternal Life.

I would never “expel the immoral brother” (1 Corinthians 5:1-5) except in the most direst of circumstances, but a non-believer who just wants to argue is a waste of valuable time. “Hand this man over to Satan.” It is distasteful just to hear or read what the person is saying. “Don’t even touch the clothes” of the sinful person. I would like to meet such a person who would go out of their way to HATE God, if only to say sorry mister “you may be wrong.” But I would want that person to know that I did everything I could, gave every opportunity to them, and then “shake the dust from my sandals.” I want that doomed person to know that I BELIEVE that their blood is not on my hands. If they don’t want to search for truth or seek the Light, and they KNEW what they were saying… I would say “sorry friend” (Jesus called Judas “friend”) and stay away from them.
